TrinEDI's
Web Portal System facilitates Healthcare e-commerce by allowing users to
transmit, view, edit, and receive electronic data [interchanges] using an
intuitive dashboard-type interface.
When data is submitted or edited, customized (status) messages can be posted to
data items/elements that fail validation and the corresponding web
forms/fields can be highlighted to direct users to exception handling and error
correction tasks. Trading partners
are given the tools to efficiently manage submitted data and reconcile
exceptions.
Users -
Grant users privileges to data based on roles within organizations.
Privileges to data are granted by organization affiliation and can be
aggregated for users requiring access to data related to multiple
organizations. Our model currently
supports role-based security for Providers, Clinics (Bill-to
Providers), Practice Management Vendors, Payers, Adjudication
System Vendors, [Clearing House] File Destinations, Agents, and Employers.
Data - Supports
submit/view/edit/download privileges to data sets specific to organizational
interest in data. Access to data is granted to specific users by
assigning roles using their organization affiliations.
Web-Portal -
The TrinEDI Web Portal system offers our customers the ability to grant access
to claim, eligibility, payment, referral and status data based on user's
assigned roles at specific organizations (i.e. a practice management vendor
could upload/view claim batches, while only individual clinic users can edit
the data).
